I'm getting the same message do we just ignore the LOOT warning? Installing the Step Patch doesn't clear it. -
I had the exact same problem in Whiterun. I also ran into this in the Helgen tunnel. Turning off Fires and Embers Clipping Fix corrected the problem but so does installing the Enhanced Lights and FX Patch on the Embers and Fires mod page.
