I figured out how to fix this, if possible please delete this post, i cant figure out how to do so myself. -
Just as the title implies, i followed the STEP guide right to the end, and ive come across an issue, whenever i try mining ores, the animation begins, but i never get ore drops. Any guidance on troubleshooting this? Any ideas on what might be causing this?

So, i can safely "update" to the anniversary version, and continue on as i previously did? Any files ill need to tinker with / modify? So far it seems to be working perfectly. Do i need to clean the new CC content, etc? -
I initially followed the guide with a instance of Skyrim Special Edition v1.6.640.0, and i just bought a code to upgrade to anniversary edition, what folders should i backup previous to updating the game so i can keep my modded instance working? (I followed the Skyrim SE v2.2.0 Guide and finished setting everything up in it.)

Alright, ill go ahead and do so and report back, pardon my stubborness as i mentioned, im new in all this. Appreciate the help and patience. I went ahead and enabled both of them, they all lead to a instant crash just right after the bethesda loading screen. -

This is what shows up. I assume that is what you wanted me to look at, what should i do? (Sorry if im being dense, pretty new to all this modding stuff) Ah i see now, yeah the step patches i mentioned do indeed show those red triangles.

I indeed have that exclamation mark showing a number 2, mainly regarding overwrite files. I was able to successfully finish following the guide but enabling those 2 mods just crashes the game. Not sure if it might be worth the headache to troubleshoot, or simply go ahead and play as is with both enabled. (Game seems to play perfectly just fine). Also, what is the binary method? Is there some sort of guide out there regarding it? Sounds like a great way to troubleshoot whatever might be going on. -
As the title mentions, ive followed the Skryim SE v2.2.0 Guide up to section 20 (patches) without any issues. Everything works perfectly, when i wanted to proceed and test-launch the game, if i have either of the Step Patch - Lighting and Weather or Step Patch - Conflict Resolution mods enabled i load into the bethesda screen, and instantly crash out. Ive followed the guide to a T and im not sure on what might be causing said crashes. Is there any way to troubleshoot this? Any logs i should post? Anything else i should mention? Please let me know, thanks!
