  1. Really thank you for these changes. I might install the guide again in the near future and you save me time since to get a playable game without freezes i had to wipe wet and cold and clean masters my self every time anyway :D.

This guide is godsent and thanks to all the people that do all this work that keeps it updated! <3 Although i had to diverge (cause i was getting freezes) a bit by removing wet and cold,claralux and switching to light version of enhanced blood textures ..and cleaning the files that had them as masters following the instructions here.One of those 3 was apparently the cause because now its pretty stable so far 20ish hours in .Although i ll never know why i was getting those freezes when people here running the guide dont :(

At first i thought it was because i indeed had some lod textures at 1024 resolution and the setting at 512.But after running multiple times with the setting at 2048 and most of my tree mods disabled except evt and its billboards i still didnt manage to get a Tamriel_Atlas with any tree texture on it except of course the flat one which has the 2d lods . Oh well it still works and if there isnt a performance hit im fine.Although i still am curious about it and that still doesnt explain why the original textures from RAT support of EVT dont show up on the 3d lods suddenly. Thx for the immediate help btw :D Your mod rocks!
  4. So that is weird .. I rerun dyndolod with the changes to go back to BC1/BC3 compressions and now i see the Tamriel_Atlas and it has no trees in it ,no branches trunks or anything and apparently the .bto nif paths are pointing to textures\lod\treeaspenbranchcomplod0[1|2|3|4].dds directly. That means that if i disable the evt billboards i get PUPRLE BRANCHES for the aspens 3d lods !! Which also means i can replace the textures like you say without rerunning dyndolod which actually worked! So to sum it up I directly replaced the branch textures in billboards from those in textures\lod\rat in dyndolod resources (had to also rename them from treeaspenbranchcomp01lod.dds to treeaspenbranchcomplod01.dds ) WITHOUT running dyndolod and these textures freaking show up!!!..Although they do seem a tiny bit off but that might be my idea its really still almost seamless transition. Now though im concerned if that is the intented output i should be getting? Should the 3d lod nifs use the textures from the billboards ? I thought billboards were only for the creation. The same is happening for every tree with 3d lod ..they take their textures from billboards or even directly from enhanced vanilla mod under textures\lod\ and not the Atlas..
  5. Hi again. Im not near my pc to test again but i had this problem using RAT from Enhanced vanilla trees in Oldrim (amd the billboard generator that comes with it). I just convert the esp otherwise the mod is kept as it is. I tried the large trees option if that affects somehow the RAT textures. I tried different options for the billboard as well ,if that matters and they all had the bug which only appeared some version after 2.47. Lastly i tried the optional aspen oak replacer .esp which replaces the aspens with oaks and the new trees had perfect 3d lod..Generally every other tree is fine too! Its only the RAT from oldrim EVT that gives that issue for me that ive tried so far.
  6. Hi! Unfortunately I got an issue when running dyndolod 2.53 . Basically is the exact same situation as this https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/6l4e3b/3d_tree_lod_issue/ In short RAT 3d lod has no branches unless i tfc and go really close to them.Full model is rendered just fine. I have the Tamriel atlas created,although i cant see it cause it wont open with paint or ddsviewer etc ..Older versions used to work and opened up but new textures dont at all. Also i opened the mentionted in reddit .bto on nifskope and it showed that the textures of the branches are mapped although again it didnt show the image of the atlas (it was grey). Furthermore i still have an output of 2.47 that works just fine . I changed nothing other than migrating my whole mod setup to an ssd between the older version 2.47 and 2.53.Also i runned the 2.53 on the old drive where i kept the old installation and i still got the same bug. Is there still a 2.47 version available for me to test it? I managed to lose it... If i could create dyndolod with that version and not have the bug then i would know for sure that there isnt something on my end that changed (e.g. ssd which has some fancy stuff like rapid mode or w/e.. i dont know im clueless here :P )
