SKSE and MO

I hope this is the right place to ask this because i'm desperate.  I have installed STEP + Extended and i'm only using ENBoost for now, no ENB.  When I launch SKSE with MO I can get to the screen with "new, load, credits, exit" in bottom right corner and the sound is playing the main skyrim theme song. The rest of the screen is black and i can't see my cursor.

 

So far i have changed ForceBorderless= and  ForceBorderlessFullscreen= in enblocal.ini to true and/or false but that didn't fix anything.  I have also rechecked to make sure SKSE is installed correctly. 

 

Has anyone else had this problem before?

UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics=false  

 

this was the problem, forgot to change it

Make sure you not running any type of overlays such as game booster apps, Afterburner, etc.
