SRLE Extended

Recommended Posts

I sent a message to the fadingsignal and dracofish to see if I can just post them to the Nexus.  Pride of Valhalla uses a lot of other assets so I might have to get more permissions than it might be worth though.  It might be easier just to get permission for Mature, I guess.  It's mainly the folder structure that needs to be posted.  Once that's worked out copying the assets into place is pretty quick.

cool if we can get a mod together that people can just download that would make things a lot easier.

Darth, what's wrong with "0001A696" as you've removed it from Companions Npc Improvement installation?

i did that cos i noticed some werid interaction on Aela and I narrowed to Companions NPC Improvement and Bijin Warmaidens. her face was flicker between bijin, Black and Pink. but it stopped once I removed her from Companions Npc Improvement.

I am almost at the end of a marathon SRLE and SRLE Extended install - firstly, I have to say, excellent work.

I am however, experiencing a problem right at the end while running LOOT. I have set up the LOOT meta rule to load SRLE Extended Conflict Resolution after SR Conflict Resolution. The conflict patches are in the correct order on the left hand pane. However, LOOT still insists on sorting the SRLE Extended patch directly before the SR Conflict patch.

I have attempted manually sorting, locking the load order of these two patches in MO and rerunning LOOT, and also loading everything in TES5Edit and sorting the masters on these patches - but LOOT still won't sort them the correct way round. The only way Ive managed to get this sorted correctly is to use the in built LOOT by pressing the "sort" button in MO rather than starting LOOT via the MO executables list - but I realise this inbuilt version isn't updated or supported and may not order the rest of my load order correctly.

I'm unsure if having these conflict resolution patches inverted will actually cause any major issues in-game, but I worry that this is a symptom of something more serious that has gone wrong with my install. Does anyone have ideas of anything I may have missed to cause LOOT to refuse to order these patches correctly, despite the Meta Rule (I've checked the spelling several times)? Everything else appears to have ordered correctly.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.

if a load after rule is not working for you could try a global proitiy rule instead try something like 990800

Well, snot... I finally got base SRLE all installed... and now can't get loaded past the Bethesda logo... keeps CTD... thinking I somehow dorked up ENB...

edit: yep, its the ENB... I can load vanilla and vanilla + SKSE just fine... have to redo the ENB manager looks like.... there is a remote chance CTD is being caused by directx 11.....

BTW, Like those pics with the Valhalla skin... was looking at putting that tex in my game over mature with the Ningheim race... going to go for base install first though before I start tweaking stuff.

Once its all installed, how demanding is SR LR extended? I plan to add a few armor and house mods on top once done but I am wondering if I should be going with lower textures (typically the guide selects the 2k or higher) in order to play lag free

typically i get around 50+ fps on my system but depend on location e.g out whiterun stables i have seen dip to about 45 fps

if you disable the enb in the ENBlocal does it load?

Hi,

I have been testing the full installation with a few twists (I use NLA instead of Vividian for instance) for several days now and really enjoy it. However, I was wondering : is there a safe and - hopefully - not too tedious way to remove a master dependency from your CR as well as the associated records ? Although I like Enhanced Landscapes, I'm thinking of dropping it since the combination of this and SFO seems to hit my FPS a bit too hard in certain areas (no hardware issue on my side, I'm running on i7 4790K with an Oced 980) and I find Skyrim really bare without SFO now that I'm used to it. Simply removing the Master's name in your CR header before cleaning Master sort of works in that I can load your CR without EL, but it would probably be safer to manually delete each record from this mod... I find it difficult since you don't provide details on your CR like Neo does, which is very understandable considering how time-consuming such a task must be, but could you point out EL's records or tell me how to highlight them in TES5Edit ? The same goes with Mature Skin (NLA ENB doesn't really compliment it), although this should be way easier to remove from your CR - Neo's has only two records from MatureSkinComplexions.esp under the race section.

On a side note, you previously stated you ruled out Ultimate Combat because it was too script-heavy to fit in such a guide, but isn't Duel just as intensive ? Perhap's Vigor + Combat Evolved alone would provide a satisfying enough combat experience while more lightweight ?

Anyway, thanks again for your work. I may eventually play the damn game through after years of modding :)

i am not the one that deals with the CR that my wife.

but for EL try removing worldspace tamriel:

Block -1,0 all of it

Mature skin you need to look in the races records.

I would say duel isn't as script heavy as ulimate combat (at least from what i've seen so far).

I get my wife to write down what she did (if she can fully remember) so I can try to start to produce a conflict resolution sub guide.
