Am I missig one of the Distance Overhauls?

Is there a way to fix this without tinkering with ugrids? Im referring to the river, for example.

That just looks like a normal glitch with the Skyrim engine. I still get them from time to time as well. I don't think there is anything that can really be done about it. Those glitches usually fix themselves when you travel over to that cell so it's loaded and then travel back. At that point, usually the LOD loads correctly.
