Broken textures/effects, partial invisible npc's

Question

Posted (edited)

Hi,

After i followed the STEP:Extended guide completely something is wrong with my textures and have no clue where to look or what to do (fist time i used any mods for Skyrim), all of my textures seem to be gone from the menu screen and ingame (screenshots below), i am using MO and ran LOOT, rebuild the bashed patch and updated FNIS before running the game for the first time through SKSE in MO, nvidia cp settings are done as instructed and drivers are updated, i am logged in as admin and all executables are checked to run as admin, there is a warning in MO about several mods' load order, but the mods are in the order instructed by STEP so i think i can ignore this? transperancy AA is off and changing "bFloatPointRenderTarget" to 1 as instructed in 3.A.3. did not make any difference and all meta rules are in place.

Load Order: https://pastebin.com/m1nVgTLm

Thanks in advance!

So i went through the entire list, .ini's are fine, found a couple files i forgot to hide in the filetree, meta rules all in place, resorted/patched/build/behaviour but still the same problem

heres a list of my running processes, closed down Displayfusion/Rocketdock/ completely and added all of skyrim and the mods/tools folder to my exclude list in Panda antivirus and turned off the active scanner (agnitum outpost is my firewall) but no change ingame

Considering your base game profile you created works just fine, I'd forget about these other steps like extra processes running etc. for the time being. Seems to me to be a clear indication that your STEP install is messed up.

Focus on that first and only after verifying 100% that you followed it to a 'T', look elsewhere.

Don't confuse the issue with extraneous matters.
