No ledr weapon draw animation!?

Im using dspsob, xp32 maximum skeleton and preety combat animation...i just noticed that there's no left weapon draw animation when i equip spell on right..i tried to reinstall game but nope :l is this common in skyrim or my game is glitching

Animations are tied to right hand, it doesn't matter what's in your left hand to the game.
