lexo1000 Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 I know that STEP recommend using Smart Souls but Acquisitive Soul Gems seems better and newer than Smart Souls.

Smart Souls is an SKSE plugin, so it doesn't take an esp slot, and it doesn't require updating changes with Unofficial Patches constantly, which is pretty much the only reason Acquisitive Soul Gems is "newer."
