Is heavengames.com closed? [SOLVED]

I was attempting to visit the Emperor Rise of the Middle Kingdom section of www.heavengames.com today and for the first time in years, it was unavailable.

 

A check at isitdownrightnow.com said the site was not responding and I wondered if I had missed a message about the site's closure or if it was just one of those temporary things. Perhaps the annual fee was missed? Perhaps it is hosted on a personal computer and the power is out?

It's up on my end. If you're still having issues maybe it's region blocked? A quick way to test would be to try navigating to the site using the TOR Browser Bundle.

Aha - it is back. When I looked on isitdownrightnow.com, it reported that the site was down for everyone.
