Mod Organizer warning for left pane

Mod Organizer gives me a warning and wants to reorganize my left pane sort order. Should I let it do this by using the 'fix it' button? It moved the unofficial patches really low and made so other order arrangements that didnt seem quite right. Should I just ignore this warning? The warning box makes it sound like ignoring this warning is really bad.

No don't use that. It detects there is the potential for a problem, but not that there 100% is a problem. The STEP Team has does enough to make sure there isn't.
