MO places my Bashed Patch, 0 at 31 in load priority

Even though it's a non-MO, shouldn't I move the bashed patch, 0 to the final priority item in the Mod column, so that it appears in teh Overwrite section? Thanks. It's currently inbetween the Further Dark Dungeons for ENB (also non-MO) and Hearthfires.

It doesn't matter what the priority Bashed Patch, it is just an ESP and nothing should overwrite it. For plugins, the right side matters, BOSS/LOOT take care of that.
