Weird snow piles

I use Better Dynamic Snow, No Snow Under the Roof, ETAC and Fresh Snow textures. Also all needed patches. Different load order and changing snow textures didnt help. What can it be?

That's a bad combo there. If I understand it, Better Dynamic Snow modifies records so that the snow texture is applied instead of the snow shader. Therefore it will be trying to do that to the farmhouse flooring. No Snow Under Roof attempts to clear snow from the walkways. You should not be patching the two in TES5Edit the traditional way. If this combo will work at all, you will need to rid yourself of those patches, and let the No Snow Under Roof plugin load lower than the Better Dynamic Snow plugin. ETAC and Fresh Snow shouldn't affect the situation much, I don't believe. Personally, I wouldn't use Better Dynamic Snow, as it has issues. Now that I've seen the issues, I agree with the decision to remove it from STEP.

Its not BDS, I just turned it off to check.

I suspect some mesh from old mod which was long deleted, causes this. Just not sure which one exactly.

I found solution. Its all about snow01.dds texture file. If texture is sterile, it looks like this:
