After reading it a bit it thought it would be good to try moving the mods-directory to my SSD, so I changed the mod-directory in Setup from D to C:MOmods.
After pressing OK I got a message saying: "changing the mod directory affects all your profiles etc etc ... Proceed?"
Being not exactly sure I pressed no, but instead of no changes I found all my profiles empty. All my installed mods are in D:MOmods (and of course in D:MOdownloads)
It's not a big problem since I only had about 30 mods installed so far and no playing put into it (just testing out) so I can/will easily start anew (and I have al the files still in place), but I would have expected nothing to be changed after choosing "no"..
Maybe a bug? (Or maybe I just really misunderstand)
Btw..Setting the directory back to D: doesn't fix this (profiles stay empty)
edit: sorry, my fault. Setting the directory back does get all the mods back (but switched off). But still I expected something else from choosing no
Question

I have Skyrim on my SSD, and MO on my HDD (2x 320Gb Raid0). I'm in the process of recreating a fully setup game and am using MO for the first time.
During this process I imagined it would be better to have MO on the SSD as well for speedreasons. So I was doing some searching, and found https://forum.step-project.com/topic/4419-mod-organizer-on-hdd-skyrim-on-ssd/
