It seems MO does not like auto-ghosting in Wrye Bash. Applying auto-ghosting in Wrye Bash seems to remove the ghosted plugin relation to its installed mod packet. As a consequence you no longer know which package the plugin came from, and unistalling the mod does not remove the plugin. Removing auto-ghosting does not solve this either.
