What is "REGS"?

I read it anywere in combinations with Packs. I dont understand what REGS is. Is it a specific Pack? feeling dumb...

I'm pretty sure they are all compatible, and maybe all together (unless specified) with work/time and patience, because I think it's the way they have been made.

But prepare yourself for hours of work cause it's not such an easy task.

And when I mean work I mean TONS of readings!!

REGS is compatible with STEP Extended and Weather and Lighting by Smile44 but if you're going to install requiem, then do not install the "Realistic Room Rental Enhanced" mod that's featured in REGS. Everything else should be fine...
