Question

I had Mod Organizer installed in Program Files and tried running it with UAC turned on. It kept asking me for permission to do a million different things and eventually closed. Now when I try to run it it tells me modlist.txt is missing. I've tried turning UAC back off and moving the Mod Organizer folder out of Program Files but it still won't start.

Run it as admin, I had the same problem when I updated to the last release. Right click the icon or executable shortcut you use to open Mod Organizer the most and go in and say properties -> compatibility and then tick the check box for run as administrator.
