after following the steps

I start a new game, but when I find myself on the tower to escape, after which the dragon breaks the wall I find these textures

 

 

What could it be?

Think you're gonna need a bigger picture... looks like you hotlinked the thumbnail not the actual image.

Just reinstall the main texture overhauls. Purple = missing textures. If it's not in the overhauls you've done something to your vanilla textures.
