I'm sure you can choose the ones you want. I know that a lot of S.T.E.P. users have a tendency to modify the load order provided by the guide here to suit their tastes.

 

Also, i'm moving this post to a more appropriate thread. This is not a WryeBash related topic.

Modding is about learning to get what you want into the game. If you do not like a certain mod, do not use it!

 

The guide is mainly just a help to people who want a light mod setup that enhances on the vanilla, without altering the game. While doing it you will learn some of the things you need to get a more detailed mod list working in the future if that is what you want.

We'll be release a STEP:Core Patch with the 2.2.8 release. This patch will resolve all the conflicts found in the Core mods. In order to use this patch all Core mods will have to be installed. If you don't want to use the patch then by all means, leave any mod out that you wish! STEP is a guide of suggestions. Nothing is set in stone. :thumbsup:
