Can't Get Out Of Windowed Mode

So, I'm following S.T.E.P. and throwing in some parts of Skyrim Revisited.  During the Skyrim Revisited install at one point it suggests you go into windows mode.  Which I did, but now I can't get out of it.  I am using Mod Organizer, which may be part of the issue.

 

Does anyone know to load from Mod Organzer and force it to stop loading in Windowed Mode?  Thanks.

You have to use the integrated mo-ini tweaker to reset fullscreenmode. Also there are some enbs forcing windowed mode.

What part of the ini would I tweak? There does not appear to be any "window" listed when I do a search.

 

Ok, different question - where and what setting makes Skyrim load Fullscreen or Windowed?

I believe its:

bFull Screen= 1(on) or 0(off).
