Question

This is a weird problem. I originally thought it had something to do with my ENB setup, but I removed ENB and it's still happening. Basically, if I start a new game, everything is fine. But once I save that game and quit, then try to load again, two things go wrong.

1) My POV refuses to stay locked in first person. It automatically jumps to third, and if I scroll inwards, it only stays in first until I stop scrolling, then pulls back out.

2) The entire game screen fades in and out, from normal to an almost black screen.

It's quite strange. I'm using an almost complete Skyrim Revisited install, along with Iroha's skyre/asis setup found here: https://forum.step-project.com/showthread.php?tid=2252

Any help would be appreciated.

Nope. I've narrowed it down to reproccer or ASIS basically, or the patches Iroha suggests for them. I feel like maybe it's something to do with skyproc patches, since I never quite got SUM working right. I'm manually configuring each skyproc patch, as instructed by Iroha in his initial post (https://forum.step-project.com/showthread.php?tid=2252), and I wound up removing automatic variants and dual sheath, since they both basically made me CTD on startup.

Then I'ld recommend you google for threads about your issues, or ask Iroha directly about them. I never followed his guide, so I can't tell you what possibly went wrong.

There is a mod in SR that alters PoV, it could have gone haywire.

As for the screen fading in and out, then that is really odd, but properly due to the same issue somehow.
