The installer will automatically detect which DLCs you have, and will automatically select the necessary DLC patches. Select the optional "Dark Brotherhood Forever to Miscellaneous Quests" file, and the compatibility patches for Non-Essential Children with Inventory Tweaks, The Choice is Yours, and The Paarthurnax Dilemma in the installer. 

No Idea What you mean by "the installer" am I supposed to use nexus mod manager? This is so confusing.

Please list all the boxes I need to check here.

If you right click the archive and select "Wizard", the installer will come up. This applies to any archive that have a little slash mark (including EBQO).

If those are only mods in the wizard you see that you also have installed. In my experience it auto detects your installed mods and then picks the ones you need.

No, the BAIN wizard only autodetects DLCs. You need to manually pick compatible mods. I tired doing autodetection of community-based mods before in BAIN, and it was a bloody mess.

Odd... It autoselects all the right ones for me even from a fresh package after uninstalling the old one. Maybe ModOrganizer still remembers the settings odd though.

The NMM installer does that. Not the BAIN installer. They are two different things.
