Grass Precache process constantly crashes as soon as the game starts

So to preface I am very new to Bethesda game modding, have little experience with MO2 or any other tool used. 

I followed the STEP Guide pretty much as close as I possibly could and did not really encounter any issues up until the Grass Precache step. It seems to crash as soon as MO2 runs, maybe loads in the menu for like 2-3 seconds at most. I doubt it even starts the actual precache process. If anyone more experienced with modding or more understanding of how this works could help, it'd be really great.
