Dynolod Not loading the Guild House Exterior of Legacy of the Dragonborn

I'm brand new at using Dynolod and TexGen to create Lods, so excuse me if I am missing something otherwise obvious.
Edited by LakegaI followed the guide diligently, and I believe it has been installed correctly.
After generating, and installing, I booted up my save game, which was inside the Museum. Upon leaving the Musuem, everything seemed proper, until I left the Interior of Solitude via the Explorer guild exit to go onto the Air Dock. None of the Meshes, or anything else was there and I fell down to the rocks.
So a few things come to mind.
The Explorer Guild is a building you build at some point in the Quest line. Which then edits the Exterior and Interior of Solitude. I don't know how this program handles things that are created while in-game. Such as Player Houses, or LOTD Guild House.
I'm also under the impression it creates Distant Lods, so I'm confused why it then somehow deleted Meshes/Textures which should of been loaded right around my character.
Upon deactivating the TexGen/Dynaolod Mod, the Meshes/Textures were back and everything was fine.
Is this a load order issue? Generation Issue? Or is it a bug due to playing a previously saved game, and the changes made via the the Questline just didn't trigger and a new save would fix it?
Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: During Generation, I didn't notice any Mesh/Texture loading issues around, or dealing with LOTD or Solitude. I could have missed it, but I didn't remember seeing any.
