SKYRIMSE CK Invisible Sneak

Hi, can someone help me with CK? 

I made a Magic Effect which allows my character to go invisible while sneaking.

I turned the Magic Effect into an Enchanment.

Then I applied that enchantment on a piece of armor in the CK.

The thing is, it works as intended initially, I sneak then I can go invisible. The problem is if I break the sneak by shooting a bow or attacking, I can't sneak to go invisible again. I need to re-equip the armor piece which is annoying.

Could someone help me diagnose this and fix it?

Another thing to note is that it doesn't show up in the "Active Effects" like normal enchantments.
