Missing vanilla tree meshes -- maybe

I'm not sure exactly what is wrong here.

In the first screen shot, I had not installed Forests of Dibella nor its associated billboards:

The second is after I installed those two mods:

In both cases, there seems to be a dearth of vanilla trees.

These are what I believe are the relevant mods from my load order in MO2:

 

Billboards, LODs, and DynDOLOD (separator)
DynDOLOD Resources SE
Indistinguishable Billboards for Skyrim SE
Enhanced Vanilla Trees
EEKs Renthal Flora Collection - Aspens
LH's Forests of Dibella v1.5 HD 2K

DynDOLOD Output

I've attached the latest DynDOLOD log (compressed) -- nothing jumps out at me but most of it is above my pay grade.

The log tells you exactly what billboards were found and which weren't. These are the relevant ones:

Looks like you didn't install the billboards for EVT.

Well, that was a rookie mistake. For some reason I thought Indistinguishable Billboards were a part of EVT ::embarrased:: Thank you!
