Upgrade guide for 2.10.0?

Not really a technical issue I suppose, so sorry if I missed the correct forum for this.

 

I've already done the full STEP guide install. Is there an upgrade guide or a specific way  I should upgrade to 2.10.0? Any prerequisites and such? I have yet to do an upgrade and I want to be extra careful not to bork my install. 

 

Should I just run the installer and re-run LOOT?

Use the changelog.

... and create a new Mod Organizer profile. For any mods that have changed or been updated, install them to a new mod folder, so not to overwrite the mod folder from the old STEP version.
