Wrye Bash start the Skyrim SE Launcher instead of the game

So I've been using WB to install some mods, a friend who is really good at this helped me but we can't figure out for the life of me why the WB standlone game launcher starts the SkyrimSELauncher.exe instead of the SkyrimSE.exe.

I've tried starting both and hey both start the launcher, is there something I need to do so that the game is started and not the launcher?
