statmonster Posted March 16, 2015 Share Posted March 16, 2015 (edited) A couple of mod notes: kryptopyr's compatibility add on for aMidianBorn has been updated. It does not appear any of the mesh's paths in other mods will need to be updated (the only meshes I could see were for Skyforge weapons) but overall it seems huge with lots of little changes described in the esp. It seems there will be some minor differences in stats (damage, weight, "darkness" for Sneaking) in some of the variations in Iron, Elven, etc., armors - looks good. (Note that Book of Silence remains v19 so it might not show up if you just do a check for updates.) Basically it changes the impact set to small (cause its a dagger, duh!). Alessandra's Dagger,Keening,Longhammer,Nettlebane already updated. Neo, Why do you suggest using EFF instead of AFT or UFO ? what are the merits of that mod for this pack versus the other two follower mods ?I like it better for several reasons:A) I despise dialogue based menus and I like the UI wheel that takes its place.B) Better RaceMenu integration for Weapon Positions / Tattooing for followers.C) I love being able to see my followers health/magicka/stamina mid combat.D) It doesn't appear overly script heavy for all its features it provides. Most of the scripts are on demand rather than pinging all the time. Link to comment

IIRC it opens a mini RaceMenu slider set. Link to comment

I really would like to know: what were the different ambitions behind Skyrim Revisited (SR) and Skyrim Revisited - Legendary Edition (SR:LE)?I'm sure this was discussed already somewhere but i couldnt find it, sorry :(At first I thought: "of course, SR-LE is "just" an updated Version of SR"But when I looked a little closer, i saw that not even half of the Mods were the same in these two guides. even though they are (almost) built on the same foundation (Skyrim + all DLC's).At first glance it seemed to me that SR has more Mods in common with STEP whereas SR:LE just uses the same base setup but then chooses quite different options.I'm following the SR:LE (and after 7 days have reached point 4.6.3, Yaay!) because, obviously, i recently decided to get me the legendary edition after almost 2 years not playing Skyrim at all. But there are many mods on the SR-Guide that also look interesting (Ultra-realistic Bow Shoot Sounds, etc.) and I didn't find any clues as on why they have been kept out of the SR:LE Guide. Was this documented somewhere? If somebody could clear things up for me (or smack me with a link to the post where this was already discussed) I would be extremely grateful! and btw: any ideas to post #4844 ? Link to comment
