CleanSlate Posted July 17, 2016 Posted July 17, 2016 I'm using MO 1.3.11 for FNV. Under settings->plugins->fomod installer(external), it's empty and mentions it requires NCC. Don't know what it is.
0 Greg Posted July 17, 2016 Posted July 17, 2016 I think this is the Nexus Client CLI that's in the ModOrganizer/NCC folder.
0 GSDFan Posted July 17, 2016 Posted July 17, 2016 That should be empty, fomod installer(external). That feature is built into the program. There should be an NCC folder in the main MO folder that it will use. As long as everything is working you don't have to worry about it.
0 CleanSlate Posted July 18, 2016 Author Posted July 18, 2016 (edited) I use MO for skyrim as well and have the following options under fomod installer(external). enabled=true/falseprefer=true/false I noticed this only when I tried to install Beware of girl type 3 body and the it automatically uses Nexus installer and it fails to install correctly. 0 GrantSP Posted July 18, 2016 Posted July 18, 2016 The fomod script for that mod is a C# script, not the more common XML, so no matter what your settings are in MO the external installer will ALWAYS be called.I have that mod working properly for my install so I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you but if it persists you can always install the optional file that applies the choices for you.

0 GrantSP Posted July 18, 2016 Posted July 18, 2016 ... and now inexplicably I cannot get the installer to work for me anymore! Clearly there is an error in the way MO is parsing the script, perhaps the folder locations are not correctly called in the script itself.I'll create a report and maybe MO's FOMOD techie can examine it further. You can track it here.
0 CleanSlate Posted July 19, 2016 Author Posted July 19, 2016 Thank you, I will track it and see what happens.
