That should be empty, fomod installer(external). That feature is built into the program. There should be an NCC folder in the main MO folder that it will use. As long as everything is working you don't have to worry about it.

I use MO for skyrim as well and have the following options under fomod installer(external).

 

enabled=true/false

prefer=true/false

 

I noticed this only when I tried to install Beware of girl type 3 body and the it automatically uses Nexus installer and it fails to install correctly.

The fomod script for that mod is a C# script, not the more common XML, so no matter what your settings are in MO the external installer will ALWAYS be called.

I have that mod working properly for my install so I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you but if it persists you can always install the optional file that applies the choices for you.

Working or not but still I should see the options right?

I did install the optional files, wish i knew what was the issue.

... and now inexplicably I cannot get the installer to work for me anymore! Clearly there is an error in the way MO is parsing the script, perhaps the folder locations are not correctly called in the script itself.

I'll create a report and maybe MO's FOMOD techie can examine it further.
