So going threw the SR LE Extended and got to combat mods. I Know Dual Combat is on the reddit danger list, im sure you know better then me but whats the reason for adding it? is there actually no issues?

So i just finished my SR LE install (whew) and before moving onto the Extended i decided to run around a bit to look how pretty it was and to check for issues. First issue i had was CTD which went away when i unclicked the 2 DynDOLOD, which pop in sucks but CTD suck more lol. Now the issue i am asking for help on is some things are invisible. So far, when running up towards Bleak Falls Barrow, the tower of bandits was half invisible and the entire outside of BFB is as well. Now its not just invisible its not there as i can walk/fall threw where stuff should be. Id post my load order but dont know an easy way without writing it one by one, but its SR LE minus 3 or 4 things, none of the texture things mostly things like Frostfall, camping, bathing etc In the case of the tower it is only invisible from the outside...https://imgur.com/a/4xITm Also, weird issue with Sky UI when i open my map for the first time it says i have the wrong version. Says it wants 5.1 and i have 4.1, Error 6. i tried reinstalling wiithout extracting the BSA no go, but all the menus seem to work fine so not sure and MO says i have 5.1 installed

Once its all installed, how demanding is SR LR extended? I plan to add a few armor and house mods on top once done but I am wondering if I should be going with lower textures (typically the guide selects the 2k or higher) in order to play lag free

nvm i am dumb...i was putting the Optimized folder inside the Falskaar folder like a dumb

Hmm sounds like it might be a bit TOO difficult lol for me anyways, and yeah def don't like having to exit all the way with as much as I die lol

this might be a dumb question, again super new to modding and only doing so well due to this guide lol, but cant I just not download the mods from SR LE & extended that are included in Legacy? there are already a few mods that I have skipped over following the guide simply because I don't care for them, am I not supposed to be doing that.... Edit: Also out of curiosity what happens if you add mods without doing CR? crashes im assuming?

Is Legacy just not compatible at all and crashes 100% of the time or just like slow down and sometime crashes? And does it work with SR LE and just not extended? Im new to modding and still working on SRLE so not sure if I am going Extended or now I really wanted Legacy so might just grab a number of mods and try to add them to SR LE myself lol\ though I am totally ok with some crashes if Legacy still mostly works XD

Ok cool that clears that up, what about the folder nonsense and I am supposed to do the textures and normal maps yea?

So I am currently in the process of doing SR and after that SR LE. I do like a lot of the mods already but for me personally theres a few things I want different on my set up. First being I kinda want to go with CBBE as it seems like theres a lot more armors for it, that would work yeah? Second for each char I play I like to give its own profile (using SR LE as a base of course) and add a number or weapon, armor, some tweaks and a house. How careful do I need to be with conflicts and how much head room is there at the end for extra mods? I know already I cant do legacy of the dragonborn (sadness) as it conflicts but what of other simple mods? I am fairly new to modding so still learning a lot about it so thanks for any help

SO i am also having some trouble and need clarification. 3 questions, 1, am i supposed to do the steps for textures and normal maps? 2 in the steps it says to type in _msn.dds is is msn or mns? the program has it as mns so not sure and 3rd when i hit process it just creates like 5 (mod name) optimized folders inside each other and then throws out an error....i had made the folder ahead of time and pointed it there but idk
