  1. I like godescalcus' idea, because it limit the unbalance of quest reward. If renting a room for the night cost 250, why i will accept to risk my life to destroy a bandit camp for 150 or 200 ?
  2. To be exact about EBT, these scripts are the one from the old brawl bug patch, they files are useless and could induce problem if for an unknown reason a user put EBT after the Modern Brawl patch (or any enai mod which include same files)in MO left pan. Vigor includes the patch from enai but some other mod still includes the old one (as frostfall if I remember well)
  3. A user of my guide bring me this mod to my attention to solve performance issues in a crowned area with custom children around (it seems more obvious when you use HDT). Maybe it could be a good idea to add it ? Another things, if you want to integrate this (basicaly, it is a mix between glass fix for enb and the SMIM patches for Wearable lantern, i made an hdt version but i don't like to use it ^^) in your custom fixes or in your modlist feel free ;)
  4. Usually, i extract all the BSA (except some texture packs) ;) The only one i don't extract are the ones named in the guide (and the one from EBT ^^).
  5. I'm not sure to understand your answer. When i install it, i do the following : Install as usual without extracting the BSA (I always let MO ask me to extract or not) then i remove the BSA. PS: i hope i don't bother you with such posts, but as i redo my load order (again), i try to participate ;)
  6. Not very important, but Enhanced Blood textures' bsa can be removed after installation, it only contains old brawl bug patch. From EBT's description page :
  7. @rayhne : If you want i can give you a hand. I think it is better to do it in my comment section (to avoid to overwhelm this thread) and report result here for reference. I made an example post with all the information I need to bring maximum help. Feel free to post ;)
  8. Have you checked my guide ? maybe you miss something ?
  9. @DarkladyLexy : My bad, i missed this one ^^
  10. Thank you for the updated about crash fixes, I suggest you to add the link to SKSE Plugin Preloader if you want to avoid question about it. As you disable quicksave, i suggest you to take a look at this SafeAutosave mod, it works like a charms with a minimal footprint, conflict with nothing and can be merged ;) PS : I love these log entry : (added idiot check))
  11. Whiterun texture memory usage reduction is a fixed mesh, you can update it safely ;)
  12. Personally, i made my hand fixes first, then i build my merged patch (or mator smash one), then I tweak it manually if needed. After that, I run Skyproc to build patches for mods which need it and at last, I build my bashed patch I talk in a general way, not for this guide, it could be needed if you add other mods to it. Edit: I'm agreed with DarkladyLexy, merge plugin "is a Conflict Resolution for lazy people". Smashed patch is better but nothing can beat a patch made by hands.
  13. I send it to you and yes you can share it, i don't mind :) I'm always happy to share things ! About my guide, I reverted this choice because it is good for most of NVidia users but nor for all nor for ATI/AMD users. I added a new tool (extracted from RIVA tuner which permits to enable D3D triple buffering for skyrim (when you use full screen). If you play in windowed mod, you can disable all vsync and keep only frame limiter, it will forces windows to use same vsync as your desktop (DX9 triple buffering). It is the configuration I use. If the driver one works, keep it as is ;)
  14. I applied this fix on Project Parallax Revived - Noble Skyrim mesh for my personal use a long time ago, do you want it ? On another subject, it miss important things about crash fixes plugin. If you want to use its memory management (UseOSAllocators=1) : i quote my guide :
  15. The real purpose of this mod is to fix things and use good practices to reduce performance impact of these fixes not to obtain better performances than vanilla skyrim. But I'm surprised because my fps gap is far lesser than yours, maybe it is due to my rig.
  16. @DarkladyLexy : Done ;) @baronaatista : it was exactly why i made my encounter zone mod ^^
  17. I want to bring to your attention this mod : Unofficial Skyrim City Patch (USCP) by DDVIL It works well with skyrim optimisation after few edits, i can give you the edited version (I wrote a small howto to do it in comment USCP comment section).
  18. I think that i've understood, you talk about conflict resolution plugin, that's right ? I will take a look at it after finishing my test of Rogue-encounter. Beside that, my plugin is not incompatible with AAE, but as AAE gives all enemies the PCLevelMult flag, it overrides my encounter zone settings and induces some inconsistencies (vanilla enemies will be pick as it must does but not AAE's ones).
  19. What do you mean by CR surgery ?
  20. I'm Sthaagg ^^ I can customize it to make it more compatible with this guide (and AAE) beside that, you can took any part of it if you want. I'm always open to share all my works with people (i did some small mods and a variation of simple bathing)n most of them are easily mergeable ;) Personally, I removed AAE from my load order and use only SIC, High level enemies and enemies enhanced mod (same author as Deadly Dragon) + my encounter mod, i currently testing Rogue-encounter (lore version) with it.
  21. Hello, I see that you integrated crash fixes to your guide, i want to bring to your attention that i wrote a full guide about how to configure crash fixes with enb, with a lot of information to stabilize and optimize a load order. I know it sound like a selfish promo, but if you need feel free to copy paste some part from it or redirect users to it if they face problem when they configure this part. I wrote a mini mod two to solve ownership problem which can be useful for use who use Crafting Requires Permission or Ordinator (perk which need to sleep in PC's bed).
  22. Hello everybody, I just want to bring two mod to your attention : Protect your People - PyP - Better NPC Protection by iMACobra with your mod setup, patch can be merged with main mod, author is active and add patch for mod. And this small mod i made nearly one year ago Glass fix for Wearable lanterns SMIM patch (optional HDTPE support). (it look like a bit to shameless promo but not ^^) to get ride of the glass reflection "problem" with ENB. Personally even with HDT, i prefer to use the normal version because the lantern is a little bit too wonky for my taste.
  23. Hello there :) If you are interested to update Diverse Dragon to version 3, i've updated "No Dragon LOD - SRLE Extended LOTD" patch to the new version, you can take it here. I've made a quick patch for Deadly dragon too (based one the diverse dragon 2's one), but opusGlass plan to release a more complete one, if you want it, it is here. I'm happy to see that this guide is still maintained (and very proud that you have listed my patch for Notice board ^^), i can't thank enough for that. Keep up the good work :)
  24. Effectively i looking the changelog on nexus, i already do the update to 2.2.9.2d and ICAIO ;) 2.4. So this evening, it's patching party :p, I will do the update to the last version because i don't want ot mess up my mod list after begining my playthrought :) Thanks for your answer, i searched everywhere the meaning of AICIO ^^, your answer preserves my sanity ;)
  25. Hi, I use your guide at a base to my mod list (extended version), but i never participate on your forum because English isn't my language, so i read a lot, but post few. Before i redo my playthrought, i encounter a little problem  , i don't know if i must update my step compilation (and rengenerate a lot of patch), because i doesn't understand which mod change in your last version. TCIY is "The choice is yours", but which mod is named as "AICIO 2.3" ? Thanks in advance for your answer, i hope it's understandable.
