  1. I have a question about the "Special Instructions" page. Under CONFLICT RESOLUTION are we supposed to do something with all that information or are all of those things included in the patch? It just seems really complicated for my small brain lol Oh and can i use RLO (Realistic Lighting Overhaul) instead of ELnFX?
  2. I know this is a super old post but im having this exact issue. It is definitely SMIM also. If i move SMIM to the bottom of my load order the mesh shows up but when its in the recommended order it doesnt. I have tried to disable any mod that appears to conflict with it in MO but the problem still persists. Has anyone found a solution to this and is it still a problem for people? DOH! I found problem. Unchecked BSA in archives!
  3. I just downloaded this and its great so far for a BETA. One thing i would suggest (and maybe im just doing it wrong) is to disable that check that prevents a Merged Mod from being created if you have gone above the Mod Cap. When i found this i went into my Mod Organizer Profile and deleted my old Merged Mods (then reactivated all the ESPs) so i could redo them with this program. In doing so i went far above the 255 cap (i have tons of armor mods lol). Now i cannot make Merged Mods with this MO Profile because it fails due to my total amount of mods exceeding 255. i had to create a blank profile and only load up the sets of mods i wished to merged. Like i said though im a noob with this program and i may just be doing something wrong, if so please advise me. Thanks again!
  4. Thanks for the responses! I just recently installed everything again but i will double check. Also ill check this link provided!
  5. I have just completed my first installation of the STEP Extended Mods List ran LOOT. LOOT reorganized my mods on the right and everything seems ok except for a couple issues. 1. It moves the STEP Extended patch deep in the load list and not at the bottom where it seems as if it should be. 2. I get a ton of flags for the LEFT PANE mod order indicating the following. Move Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade after Traps Make Noise - More Dangerous TrapsMove Cutting Room Floor after Complete Crafting Overhaul RemadeMove The Paarthurnax Dilemma after Cutting Room FloorMove Wiseman303's Trap Fixes after The Paarthurnax DilemmaMove aMidianBorn - Content Addon after Wiseman303's Trap FixesMove Even Better Quest Objectives (REINSTALL IF PERKUS, SKYRIM REDONE or SKYFORGE WEAPONS) after aMidianBorn - Content AddonMove Amazing Follower Tweaks after Even Better Quest Objectives (REINSTALL IF PERKUS, SKYRIM REDONE or SKYFORGE WEAPONS)Move Thieves Guild Requirements - No Auto Quest Start Brynjolf after Amazing Follower TweaksMove Non-Essential Children after Thieves Guild Requirements - No Auto Quest Start BrynjolfMove The Choice is Yours - Fewer Forced Quests - Improved Dialogue Options after Non-Essential ChildrenMove When Vampires Attack after The Choice is Yours - Fewer Forced Quests - Improved Dialogue OptionsMove Alternate Start - Live Another Life after When Vampires AttackMove Clothing and Clutter Fixes after Weapons and Armor Fixes Remade STEP Now if i follow MOs instructions it will be putting them OUT of the order recommended in the STEP guide. Am i to ignore this left pane FIX recommendation? if so how can i make it not give the error for these particular mods? Just a little confused because i did every install instruction i was asked to do (took 2 days to set up) and was meticulous about getting each step right. Now one thing i should say is that i did load the game regardless of the flags MO is throwing and it does load with no errors that i can see, however i did not stress test it at all. Also, i do understand that Amazing Follower Tweaks is not part of the STEP Extended but as you can see im still getting a lot of messages for STEP Extended ONLY mods being out of order. Thanks in advance! Worsin
  6. Strange i have no rules set up at all other than a couple from the core instructions and for me it flagged multiple times to set it the way i listed. What else could be causing it do you think? Im running latest versions of everything btw
  7. First off i want to thank you guys at STEP for the insane amount of work you have put into this project so people like myself can mod easier! That being said i was following the Core guide on this page https://wiki.step-project.com/STEP:2.2.9.1 and there is a line that states the following: Install mods in the order that they are presented in the following tables in order to achieve the desired result. However when looking at the tables below the order you recommend in the FIXES section lists them in the following order: Distant Decal FixUnofficial Skyrim PatchDawnguardUnofficial Dawnguard PatchHearthfireUnofficial Hearthfire PatchDragonbornUnofficial Dragonborn PatchHigh Resolution Texture PackUnofficial High Resolution Patch However, LOOT seems to want this order: Distant Decal FixUnofficial Skyrim PatchDragonbornUnofficial Dragonborn PatchDawnguardUnofficial Dawnguard PatchHearthfireUnofficial Hearthfire PatchHigh Resolution Texture PackUnofficial High Resolution Patch Essentially Dragonborn should be above Dawnguard. Now i do understand that this is not a big issue because you do instruct to use LOOT to sort your manifest, but in order for your site to be consistent with your initial statement and what seems to be LOOTs order the WIKI should be updated to reflect this correctly. Unless of course LOOT is wrong. Then again im not a mod programmer so perhaps im missing something which is entirely possible after having a 6 pack tonight already LOL
