  1. Hello, I've just installed a second time STEP EXTENDED because of not seing "Dyndolod texGen" or "Dyndolod Worlds"option in DynDolod menu. I think i followed cautiously step instructions on a new fresh installation and again no option. I went in TES5Edit folder because i was pretty sure the problem came from there. Chekin the xEdit folder from Dyndolod Archive, i saw the script folder. Inside: DynDOLOD TexGen.pas DynDOLOD worlds.pas Dydolod folder Putting all this in the TES5Edit "script folder" gives me the possibility to thick TexGen and Worlds again. So, i have two questions 1) Is my modification stable or should i move other files/folder from DynDolod archive in TES5Edit "script folder"? 2)Is there any update (last on 7th april) in Dyndolod that makes this STEP instruction Outdated: Considering the archive structure with the xEdit folder, i think that it can't actually work if we don't do it manually. (Thanks for your answers.) Edit: Certainly a dummy question... So now it's seems to work fine. Thanks to step crew and modders for my first extended and stable installation.
  2. Hello, installing STEP Extended, i saw instructions with (may be) missing informations. For the section 2.D fixes : "Step optimized Vanilla texture". Should we not deplace the two .esp in "optional esp" section, bevore to thick the .bsa archive? (When we thick .bsa archive, it is because of dummy plugins if i understood.) Sorry if i'm wrong.
  3. Hello, I've installed this mod with MO but an instruction in the Step recommandation puts me in doubt: I know very few about WB and i use it to do bashed patch. Should i be concerned by this note or is it only for advanced users? Thanks for your help
  4. Thank you su much for sparing me so much time. Last year i did more than 150 bashed patch for my first installation. Cordially
  5. Hi, I'm installing STEP core and i'm a little bit confused by informations i red on this forum. Step core instructions mention one bashed patch for all the process of installation. But in a lot of post, i can read that after each new .esp in the masterlist, a bashed patch is nedeed. Are these instructions only for non STEP mods or should i make bashed patch for every new .esp in STEP configuation? Thanks for your help
  6. Thanks for updating me. Concerning "Visible Windows" and "Reduced night glow", i can install them trough MO without error message. Are they fonctionnal or should i wait for an update for these mods to avoid bugs?
  7. Hi, I'm learning the base of modding, following exactly the STEP 2.2.9.1 recommandations. Everything was ok until i had to apply BCF with WB. Launching Wrye bash from MO make the "installer" tab getting errors. I re-installed WB three times with the recommended settings. Finally, i red it's normal since MO doesn't support WB installer any more. So, i run WB from directly from it's executable: in this version, i dont see my MO mods in the mod tab. I have one archive Bain & Wizard and two archives: I follow the instructions (Exctract Wizard archive in folder Bain Converters; Put the two archives in Bain installer folder; Select one of the two archives>conversions>apply>ExtractedBain&WizardArchive.7z) I keep the name proposed by WB. During the work process, i get a wyPython window which says: I red the BCF threads but it didn't help me. Probably did i something wrong, may be need i this kind of product for windows: https://windowstechies.com/-/en/filename/?t=60&k=assertion%20failed%20c%2B%2B&m=b&u=&c=89349541289&file=assertion%20failed%20c%2B%2B Thanks a lot for your help.
