How do i merge plugins while using Fallout Mod Manager i need to lower my plugin count and what about the plugins that are the same do i need to deactivate the same mode

Hi. Please can you give me a hand with solving a weird issue i am having with The Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion . i tampered with the default Oblivion INI file which then resulted in me screwing up my depth of field settings. I am heavily modded also so am very cautious in changing anything drastic. Before this problem i could see the landscape in its entirety for the most part. Now all i see is low and blurry visuals in the distance, also the grass is appearing much close then it was previously. Any help will be appreciated thanks :-) I seem to have come across a problem where as before i messed with some setting which i cant remember what it was that i messed with. Before i would travel around absorbing the beauty scenery from a distance with no problems and since i have had issues things like forts etc take ages to show on my screen and pop up as i get close witch never happened before as i said i could see it from miles away before issues with the depth of field or whatever you call it. Any advice would be much appreciated :-) I am thinking that wrye bash might be the problem
