  1. Thanks sm0kem appreciate your response, it is hard to know to follow the directions exactly or deviate, had no idea the ini change I made is what causes DynDOLOD to tick that box LOL. Now I know! :)
  2. Just wanted to double check as this is my first time through the guide, regarding DynDOLOD instructions, does the Generate Tree LOD need to be ticked as well? It has been pre-checked along with some of the other settings already indicated in the instruction set. TIA for your help DH

  5. Merge Plugins Standalone - Lexy's Legacy of The Dragonborn Special Edition Profile Idiot Check: Make sure you have extracted the Creation Kits scripts archive to your Data folder. In this section we will be creating a new profile in Merge plugins standalone so we can create new merged mods separate from SRLE base. Well I made it this far and now I have a stupid question below- Creation Kit scripts, I am assuming the scripts.zip file which is sitting in my Skyrim SE data folder needs to be extracted in place? Thanks in advance for your help.
  6. No REGS in my setup yet, but you never know! I ran into this using Vilja, she laments at the lack of gold to buy supplies with. I can transfer septims to Vilja but she apparently does not recognize them, still trying to figure out how to get around this. Thank you for the feedback and information

  8. Does anyone have any follower mods installed with Skyrim Revisited LE? (Vilja, Inigo, Anna's NPCs)? I am just wondering how much of a pain it would be to make any of them compatible with SRLE. I created a new profile MO after completing the base SRLE and am now going to try and install a few personal favorite mods. Any suggestions of other mods which folks know play well with SRLE would also be appreciated.
  9. Lesson learned, I should have read the version number for the mod, it was in the old version section on Nexus, so I used it and reran my merge and ended up with the results which Neo got below. Assuming everything is ok now.

  11. Not sure where to go with this, have done some more double checking and not sure where to find TES5Edit 3.1.2 build 170815 as specified in the guide. I believe I have TES5Edit build "180815" the exe is dated 8/18/2015 and I believe I have the latest Merge Plugins TES5Edit Script 1.95 and still get the exact same results on this merge as I posted previously. Have attached the latest try at merge in a log file, as well as some screen shots of TESEdit5 and the Merge Plugin. Any assistance would be appreciated. merge_090815_142350.txt

  14. I am at this step in SR:LE for the merge and the log reports the following- I noticed that the current instructions only have 4 files to merge, I assume this is intended or? File removed from merge in latest instructions- Immersive Citizens - ELE patch.esp Any comments or ideas would be appreciated.

I am on this step- I have installed RW2 with the installer and am now trying to create the merge in TS5EDIT but it tells me that RealisticWaterTwo.esp must be loaded before some of the other esps which are trying to load, how do I load RealisticWaterTwo.esp and then have the subsequent esps load after? Thanks in Advance!

The instructions are not clear here as to which files to download other than the link that says download here but then there is also a BUM update which makes no sense if I am downloading only one file. Can someone clarify what I should be downloading? Thanks in Advance!   18. Thanks for your suggestion BUBISHI, this worked perfectly, I believe I tagged this when following the guide originally but maybe did not rebuild the bashed patch correctly. Have run new games 3 x in a row with no issues with Imperial Captain or Lokir getting run over or flying off the wagon!
  19. Issue with random nakedness solved- Re Bash Tagged aMidianBorn_ContentAddon.esp with DELEV and RELEV. Rebuilt Bash patch and moved to it's own folder in MO. Ran ASLAF 3 x no nakedness, will update if issue resurfaces. Thanks to Bubishi for his suggestion in this thread https://forum.step-project.com/topic/4859-alternate-start/

Have had this happen on my setup as well during testing last night, happened twice in a row with new games, third new game it did not happen, sorry for the necro post but felt it was relevant to my current install, other thing that is happening as I reported in another thread is the imperial captain in Helgen is nude 2/3 of the time and clothed 1/3 of the time, is this also a bug or is this potentially something else?

Cylion, What the instructions mean using the example below: textures/dlc02/landscape/dlc2basaltcolumnsingle*.dds Path to the file within the mod is textures/dlc02/landscape/ Do not install any files which begin with dlc2basaltcolumnsingle (the * is a wildcard symbol) and end with .dds Hope this helps

Hi Newt, I went looking for stray script files last night, I have none, the only thing in my SKSE folder under steamappscommonskyrimdatascripts is a folder called source, the files in there only seem to be associated with the initial install based on the file date 7-7-14. This leads me to believe the 44 *.esp files being referenced in the Papyrus log are mods I have installed initializing on Skyrim startup which are compatibility references for those files. Some mods specifically warn you about this, some I am guessing the mod authors did not include warnings about missing files, below is a sample of a warning and the corresponding missing esp calls: Sample from Papyrus Log- lNEED looking for addons If I am incorrect in my assumption, I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction on the ESPs. Next issue I am trying to solve is random nakedness, in Alternate Start Live Another Life, when choosing crossing the border illegally, 3/4 of the time on new game loads the Female Imperial Captain is nude, other times she is not, sometimes I will see a partrol outside of Whiterun and I occasionally see nude Females in the patrol, the last example I saw was a female Khajit.
  24. Glad you got things sorted! I am still trying to get my issues solved with my latest install but am learning a lot as I go, Newt and Nearox have been helping a lot.
