I'll look into DLC issues later on. I post an archive containing a folder of working plugin, MO.log, and MO.ini here. I will start adding mods section by section following the Fear and Loathing guide, test at the end of each section. If I hit a bump I will post an update on th situation. Thank you all for the support so far! EDIT: I tried to attach the file on my main post, but it says the content is too long and refuses to be edited. Is there a way to attach a file in a reply post? -

Okay. I followed the guide(including the initial ini tweaks) upto UIO and the game runs just fine. Although, flashlight NVSE installer doesn't seem to recognize the fact that MCM is installed already, it is a minor issue. EDIT: Upon running LOOT on current state (a.k.a. clean state), I realized that DLC esm files still need cleaning regarding ITM and deleted references. However, I already cleaned them using FNVedit before creating this clean plugin. Does this mean that i have to clean all the files that need cleaning upon creating a new plugin? -

I cut and pasted existing INIs as backup, ran the launcher through MO. The launcher runs, but when I press play, I still get the "game starts but immediately closes" issue. I still briefly see the "Syncing" sign next to New Vegas in Steam library, so the game must be run, but it doesn't stay running long enough for me to even notice it. (no screen flickering to confirm my theory though, which usually shows a window quickly popping but closing as soon as it popped.) Also, all four ways to launch the game through MO only works with 1. Default INIs, 2. No mods installed. When FNV4GB, NVSE do not work, the other two exes, NV.exe and Launcher.exe do not work at the same time. -

I did try that. No luck. FNV4GB runs fine outside MO with ENBoost on. The game does stop responding after I exit the game, but I figured that is a negligible issue. -

Created a Bashed Patch, Ran Loot. Now, the game doesn't even start. Actually, I'm not sure whether the game is not starting or starting but abruptly ending. Right after I run FNV4GB in MO, Steam Library says the game was run recently and there is blinking "Syncing" mark to the left of Fallout New Vegas as though the game was just exited. -

Yes, I do run ENBoost. But the effect is disabled, and so on. -
Symptoms: NVSE, FNV4GB, New Vegas.exe, Launcer.exe do launch from MO, but after the first screen(i believe it was the copyright screen right before the Bethesda screen), the game stops responding. Rest of the applications such as LOOT, FNVEdit, Wrye Flash work just fine. Alsom NVSE, FNV4GB, New Vegas.exe, Launcher.exe do run properly either through steam library or by clicking their exe files in New Vegas directory. What I've done to install MO, FNV, and mods: What I've tried so far: Files: 1. Mod List: 2. Load Order 3. Latest ModOrganizer.log Any help would be appreciated. I would love to play FNV again before I start my military service.

Crash on using MO, no crash on Vanilla launch?!

EDIT: I...fixed it? No idea how I did. BUT the game works now. I haven't tried to run the game through MO without any mods AFTER it was fixed because i am too afraid that I will mess something up AGAIN. But the stability is still ****. The game still crashes upon entering or leaving a new cell. I have NVAC, NVSR, ENBoost and nvse_config.ini installed = still no stability. :( -
Symptom: Upon starting FNV using NVSE or 4GBLuncher through MO, the game crashes with "stopped responding" error window. BUT, NVSE, when launched outside MO, works fine. Vanila Steam NV launcher also works fine. FNV4GB also works fine outside MO. How did i get here: My game was working fine, but with stability problems. So, in an attempt to improve game stability, I created Bashed Patch using Wrye Flash, following Fear and Loathing guide by EssArrBee. When I launched the game with the Bashed Patch, with plugins that were merged into Bashed Patch disabled, the game stated but the mouse cursor didn't show up, the game menu didn't show up, and I had no control. I remember getting these issues when a master is missing back when I was using FOMM. So, I tried to find the culprit by uninstalling (unchecking the checkboxes on the left panel) half of the mods at a time. (1/2, 1/4, 1/8 and so on.) Below is the mod list. Bashed Patch was always disabled during the procedure. Now, I was at a point where I uninstalled all mods up to "Better Posture" and found out that "Can has Recoil NV" was the culprit. When I uninstalled it, the game ran fine and proceeded to the main menu. However, when I installed all the mods that I had uninstalled before and ran the game, the game again did not proceed to the main menu. So, I went back to find the second culprit. THIS is when MO decided to quit the job and say "screw you i'm out" to my face. I again uninstalled all the mods before Better Posture, and confirmed that Can has Recoil NV is the culprit. However, when I was testing "Precision Ballistics and Munitions" and "Ballistics Merged" by uninstalling them and running the game, the game crashed with "Stopped responding" error window. After that incident, the game refuses to run on MO. NVSE, FNV4GB and the default launcher does not run on MO anymore. EVEN on a Vanilla Setting: No mods, just the dlcs. MO still refuses to run. The game runs fine when launched outside MO. I have no idea what is going on anymore :(. MO is set to always run as administrator. Below is my mod list when fully installed with this mod list. Wrye Flash, FNVEdit and LOOT works fine on MO. Also, when I was testing why the game didn't proceed to the main menu, neither LOOT nor MO was giving me any errors or indications that there is a missing master. I manually checked every plugin's enabled masters, compared that to my enabled mod list, and found no mismatch. Another weird symptom is that the game DOES NOT crash when load all the mods into the game but (obviously) the main menu doesnt show up, which was what I was trying to solve to begin with.
