I've read this thread from page 171 to present, has there been a final verdict on SRLE+REGS and the missing userlist rules for various ETaC Patches? Specifically: The override of ETaC - Complete.esp after 3DNPC.esp also seems to cause some ordering issues. Any solution?

I use Realvision ENB and the Realvision Nexus page suggests that Supreme Storms is compatible, but I run the fw console command from Supreme Storms Nexus page to test it out and SS is not working. Does rain and weather in the ENB ini need to be disabled for Supreme Storms to work? My efforts so far are making sure I have all necessary compatibility patches and verifying load order but no dice yet. My whole mod list is basically STEP + Immersive Armors + Amazing Follower Tweaks + Skyrim Redone + All applicable compatibility patches / reproccer / reproccer patches etc, so nothing too crazy.
