  1. hey every one just so you know i have released an updated version of SRLE Extended LOTD - NPC Retexture Merged (Option 2) esp onto the nexus page it uses the latest Men of Winter file. I have tested it and it works at least for me, let me know if there are issue. please note the esp name have changed to better flow with the guide naming thus the CR will need updating too (or you can just rename back to what the CR requires as master for now). I will get on that when I can (unless Nozzer gets there first)

  3. thanks for the report I'll take another look. Thanks Mator This is because the optional Helgen Reborn - Vivid Landscapes Patch esp is named the same as the main file and thus gets overwritten I was just trying to help people save a little space on there Hard drives by not having needed unused files.
  4. Personally i don't see the point in that cos Sirjesto deals with the merge patch for us. Anyway if anyone is not installing all the mods they would be building merge themselves. With that said Nozzer may disagree with me on this on this so I will leave it up to him if he wants to add the Fomod. You could always do what i do a deactivate patches until missing master then reactivate once the master is installed then test. Personally I test after each section of the guide.

  6. OK thanks for testing Mator maybe i boinked something when i did my own test yesterday. I already spotted that yesterday and added to also notice the Helgen Reborn and DSR patches which I was looking into but looks like Nozzer beat me too it. since i am do a reinstall of all my stuff i am double checking stuff so will look at those fomod instructions when i get there (Unless again Nozzer gets there first) Edit: yes you are right i say go with Medium 1K (as we already know Vram can be high in the guide) and the Verdant option from the patches i will tweak things.

  8. it could be i'll have a chat with Nozzer about it. I could need to have a bit of rethink about the merges I am doing. but i don't think the problem is scripts as what appears to me happening is that not all the textures and meshes are being copied correctly.
  9. well then i don't know what to recommend other then just saying leave all mod activated and remove the original esp's post merge since merge plugins definitively seems to still have the issue of not fully copying all assets been like that ever since FO4 and SSE implementation and Mator still hasn't fixed it (or more like he hasn't figured out how to fix it).
  10. basically all i am trying to say is don't check the Copy General Assets Option in Merge plugins its in the integration tab. everything else should be as per SRLE Base. Need to make that a bit clearer. see it helps you have you guys pointing this stuff out cos I know what I mean but not very good at conveying it sometimes.
  11. OK guys I decided for merge plugins standalone to NOT recommend copying the assets since there is still a bug which means not all assets are being copied to a new merge. So until it is fixed i say once a merge is complete you KEEP the orgianl mods Activated but remove the merged esps. I will add a note about that to the merges page.

  15. it always does take time my orginal SRLE Extended took me 7 months to write from scratch before i moved on to the LOTD version (whcih i am still tweaking 7 months later lol.)
  16. We need to double check amidianborn book of silence cos i am pretty sure the Hide and Studded, Scaled, Steel Armor standalone installs are actually included in the original mod (at least that what several sources suggest).
  17. Hey guys I have been tweaking the prerequisites page added new manual cleaning instructions for Dawnguard (suggest everyone looks at that) expanded ENB Organizer section and added a new Recommended Driver tweaks section this if for Nvidia User only since that is the card I personally have.

  19. Diana with regard to Manual Dawnguard cleaning: Last Left click and open CELL > Block 8 > Sub-Block 1 > select 0006C3B6. Right click and select Remove.it might just be worth just saying to delete the whole sub-block as that is the only record in there.

  21. Well i would have not objections to changing back to ENB Manager and changer (don't know why Neo ever changed it really). The only reason I guess we stuck with ENB Organizer is cos that is what is currently used by Base. I know this will never happen now but it would be nice if mod Organizer had the ability to handle ENB's itself. Nozzer your thoughts on switching back I am happy to the work in that area?
  22. sorry i was wrong the program i actually prefer using is ENB Manager and Changer https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24402/? but i do generally just manually install ENB'S as i find that easier (yes i am weird). When you come to install the ENB make sure UseEffect= ios set to true other you wont get any prettiness. i have a felling END Organizer auto generates the enbseries stuff not sure as never really used it myself.
  23. @ Diana JD or Paul is the manual cleaning of Dawnguard actually confirmed that it needs doing as I am going through SRLE Extened LOTD Prerequisites page as if I was a noob and noting anything that needs tweaking.
  24. when you installed ENBoost all you needed was 2 files d3d9.dll and enbhost.exe cos ENB Organizer come with a copy the enblocal file which you tweak through ENB Organizer. Personally I never really liked ENB Organizer always prefered ENB FXAA SweetFX Manager and Remover - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/7804/? that was i actually use myself. you don't need anything else until you come to install Vividian (or another ENB of your choice). I will tweak that once i can actually login and load the page since the wiki is currently doing it's not loading thing at the moment. can't edit the wiki at the keep getting 504's and 503's will try again later unless nozzer gets there first.
  25. done i have added a note to make sure it is installed before continuing on.
