I'll try that out, as recently after re-entering freeside I encountered a few guys running around with reddish arms. I tried uninstalling/ reinstalling nco and nvr 3 but the arms keep showing up red. -

Update on the missing wrists. Turns out it only occurs when wearing gloves (Officer left hand/ right hand). Without gloves the wrists are visible. -

It's Joshua Grahams armor. A light duster also has short sleeves if I recall correctly. I've read up a little bit about it, and people are claiming that it's something to do with type 3 bodies not matching up correctly with the hands. Yeah I got that too, it's pretty funny. -

I just finished up Honest Hearts. I'll be moving into Dead Money pretty soon. Is there a fix for this wrist gap glitch? I've had it since I installed F&L. -

No worries, what I mean is when installing FCO you instruct us to install Dirty Textures, Eye Textures, Hair Textures, ENB Hair Meshes (if installing an ENB otherwise disregard), Willow, Roberts Patch, and Glowing Ghouls. You recommend not installing FCO version 2.2 but installing 2.1.3, or installing 2.2 manually. When installing 2.2 manually you get additional folders titled "1.0" and "Main" (which don't appear in the external installer options) on top of those you have instructed us to install. I'm guessing "main" is required, and after looking in the original install I could see some of the "1.0" files. I went ahead and installed those files and it seems to be working fine. -

So when installing FCO2.2 manually we want to include FCO/ 1.0 and FCO/Main? -

Yeah I got Interior Lighting Overhaul-core.bsa. I even tried converting the ILO files into esm's as a shot in the dark, didn't work.. I don't know if it's relevant, but I got CinemaTech, Dynavision, Directors chair and advanced recon as extra mods (most of which are lighting mods). Don't know if they have any known issues with that mod. -

Hey guys, I'm having trouble with one mod in the guide. Interior Lighting Overhaul. I've followed the instructions, no loot errors. The game fails to startup with it activated. If I turn it off the game runs fine. -

Yeah my legions of followers would be in an uproar. They'd be riots on the streets! He's only lvl 9 I can rebuild up to that point ooc. If I was lvl 20 + it would be a different story. -

I was actually just about to move into Honest Hearts, so this is as good a time as any for me to make the switch and still keep my playthrough blind, which is how I like it. I can easily rebuild up to this point if my character breaks (he's only level 9 or so). -

I noticed when moving the video over to Premiere (ShadowPlay records at a variable frame rate),that because the framerate fluctuates so wildly with hall of equipment and enb inside casinos. The video would actually move out of sync with the audio. After removing hall of equipment and applying the borderless window option in the emblocal.ini I would get a steady 59.8- 60 fps (thats video frames rendered per second, not actual in-game framerate. Anything below 58fps results in audio moving out of sync with video, my actual framerate will dip down as low as mid 20's, but it does mean that I get much less erratic framerate jumps + vsync is enabled.) for every 10min clip without using 3rd party handbrake to encode the video before moving into Premiere. -

Thanks for the link man. It's much appreciated, and I can understand the tremendous feat you are taking on in putting together this guide. It really helps people like me (who are pretty new to the modding scene) enjoy the game in a whole new light. Are you asking me to go through the optimization process with people? If so I'd be glad to help. You mean through a tutorial vid or something? -

I found that hall of equipment was a terrible strain on my fps. Maybe a good candidate for optimization? -

Yup near the steam room. They also occur around the cocktail lounge in lucky 38 and around the bar areas in some of the casinos. -

I've been noticing these textures around the strip after optimizing. They may have been there before. Don't know if they're anomalies or even part of the game. Can anyone enlighten me? -

Can you add to your guide an example of optimizing a mod with a bsa that needs to be extracted? Kind of understand the process would be similar to whats done with vanilla textures but I don't want to screw it up.
