  1. Latest version of Brows now feature lighter and darker versions of all brows styles. This should satisfy some people that previously were unhappy with the vanilla brows or any brow mod released not featuring variations. Enjoy.
  2. It's the normal map adding the light, detail and realism. It is nearly impossible to showcase that in an image with the exception of maybe doing animated .gifs - even then I doubt that kind if images would do the brows justice. As always, I recommend checking out my textures in game to judge.

  4. Completed? You mean the aesthetics series?

  6. I suppose it was about time I started posting my own mods around here. Brows by yours truly. This mod is part of a WIP series I'm in the progress of making called Hvergelmir's Aesthetics which aim to improve vanilla facial textures such as beards, eyebrows, tint masks (makeup), complexion, war paint and so forth all in high resolution (with optional "normal" resolution downloads as well). All my textures (not limited to this mod) has been optimized with DDSopt and my BSA archives (if available) is always optimized and packed with BSAopt. Brows looks stunning using ENBseries but should be quite the looker as well without it.

  8. That would be lthot, not ithot. Anyway, there are plenty of screenshots at either respectable mod pages if comparing texture files aren't doing it for the lot of you. That said Regnbager, the author of HQ Beards is a big fan of my beard textures himself and has given me his endorsement and so forth. What a good sport, really commendable and respectable guy.
  9. Besidilo is right. The reasons he post is some of the reasons why I do the textures in the order I do. You encounter more of the lower tier armor in the game and many NPCs wear them. I'm sure some people spend some time looking at their own character, but those who actually play the game will spend a majority of their time looking at enemies and other NPCs in the game - even if playing in 3rd person. The thought is, it'd be quicker to make Skyrim seem populated with my textures instead of the vanilla ones. Also, working low tier the way up to the higher ones, I'd learn from faults and errors and what people report to me - thus getting better at what I do while I work my way up the latter. Don't you want the higher tier armor to look the best?
  10. Patience. I intend to release steel weapons in Hvergelmir's Steel Armory asap. As for weapons in my main project Hvergelmir's Armor Retexture - HAR I have jet to decide if I'll include them there. In theory I should include both my shields and weapons there, but it makes a huge download (and thus a huge upload as well) every time there's a new update.
