I have paradox MMM but I'll look into the blackened patch in FO3Edit.

Disabling or changing MMM settings did not work.

MMM is all I can think of I pretty much I followed the guide besides the female clothes and town overhauls.

Whenever I save in vernon square/statesman hotel during Reily's Rangers I get a crash. I saw the other topic but there was no answer in it so if someone could tell me the plugin that causes it that'd be great.

I personally like and haven't come across issues with FWE default settings for the stealthboy. Maybe put as optional and may come across issues?

I forgot to mention that I followed that section of the guide. I even reapplied the settings you mention but it still doesn't work.

I finally got around to using a stealth boy and the device itself works fine. The problem is hotkey or alternate activation option doesn't turn it off or on. I've tried equiping one and waiting an hour so it wears off and putting a new one on but that didn't work. I also tried messing around with the settings but that didn't work either.

Thanks I edited the the alternate texture and now it uses the textures.

Does any know how to get the US Assault Rifle retex to work with RH Ironsights? In game the part that got changed is the magazine the rest is just vanilla.

Well I added RH EVE Brigde because I read the install wrong. Then there was some editing in FO3Edit after the bash patch because it added stuff it shouldn't have. I edited in the weapons and texture set sections.

Issue was resolved installing mods in correct order and remove patches that weren't needed.

I use the same patches and retexture and I'm getting the glow effect so I don't what would be causing it. Maybe it's because I edited the wrong file I'm reinstalling the mods to try and fix the issue by editing the right patch model/file. ( I edited the rh iron sights model and not the patch one.)

I managed to fix the pistol in nifskope from a forum answer (https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/128199-ironsights-and-ammotypes/page-240) but couldn't get the fix work on the rilfe.

It looks like my settings in the launcher are being overwritten the light and specularity fade specifically.

Disabled RLO and it was still there but it less noticeable (was in the distance or not as close to me). The clean save didn't have it all.

Whenever I have HDR Enabled the game is extremely bright. Been google searching for a while now but to no avail. If anyone has suggestions I appreciate it.

I'm not using an ENB. So you have no idea what's causing this? Also the sunlight on the world is extremely bright too.t

So all the mods that require roberts male body with be fine if I use breezes?

I don't have any other mods than what's in the guide so where do I go to check that? (I'm not really experienced in wrye flash.) Also I found before I changed the assault rifles that the american version and the retexture from Wallace aren't compatible the entire is vanilla except the magazine.
