I would like to confirm that this bug was related to NGIO and a patch (BETA 13) has been released to fix the issue with water checks (whatever that means) finally allowing me to generate grass correctly and subsequently fixing my LOD pop-in issues. Thanks Sheson you're goated and very hands on. Hope you're proud of your work dude dyndolod is easily one of the best mods we have for skyrim! Hope to see you on the oblivion remastered side of things soon -

I have successfully found the culprit to be my grass cache although I can’t explain why it would do this as it claims to have generated successfully and I had both inis set to mode 2 and verified all inis are correct. Seeing as I don’t believe this has anything to do with your mod I will go talk to dwemerengineer and see if they might know the cause of this. Yes lol I agree and only did this after multiple times trying little hikes in distance to no avail. I never would do this during normal use. apologies for possibly wasting your time as this is a grass cache issue and I only didn’t notice because i never play without dyndolod and since it’s using bad info from NGIO I guess it makes it worse -

Apologies, the issue i am referring to is the LOD not popping in. This issue was happening before i added acmos and changed my settings to generate lvl 32 lod. Unfortunately uploading a SS of my settings is redundant at this point because i have already gotten rid of the issue, although I'm still working on finding the culprit. I had all of the settings cranked to max except the terrain mult setting i kept at 1.0. It's definitely a mod conflict. I'm narrowing it down right now but i believe it to be my grass cache. I have been rebuilding dyndolod all day with some mods disabled and have almost narrowed it down to that. But again i no longer have the issue so one of my disabled mods is causing the problem. I will post a response when i find out the culprit. -

Oh no worries I was just explaining that the ufile wasn’t working for me so you’d believe me lol. Anyways I will give that a shot but I can say that this issue was occurring before I even added this mod. I added acmos and changed lod32 to true to diagnose if that was the issue with my LOD not generating. the mod is definitely running last and LOD files are not being overwritten by anything. the only thing I haven’t been able to figure out in the world space section of the entire LOD missing post. I have searched through xedit in the Tamriel world space section but cannot identify (skill issue) the problem. I’m not skilled enough to know what I’m looking for. At this point I’m just going to redo my entire load order and generate dyndolod in sections because it has to be a mod conflict. I’ll try to redo my inis again as well but I just reverted them to vanilla while I was trying to diagnose my problem. I’ll lyk if I find something -

(first image is ufile.io not working) My lod32 settings are there, I'm using ACMOS FOLIP so i need them on I'm pretty sure. im sure I probably missed something if the issue isn’t clear in the debug but I would like to hopefully say I have extensively read through most things I can look into pertaining this issue such as LOD pop in and other searches and I can only assume it’s a mod incompatibility with my exterior mods or something with pbr -

Hey Sheson and friends sorry to bother especially since I am pretty sure this is my fault. I assume it's a mod incompatibility somewhere but i've tried to pin it down and can't figure out what's causing my lod to not appear. I'm using PBR mods so maybe that's the issue. Any information i can give I will add. My issue is simple, my lod refuses to load in. I have looked up every guide i can find and tried searching through the forums to find an answer but i can't track down what i did to make this happen. I have made sure all of my lod32 settings are setup accordingly. I have added every setting i can find so far to make sure lod works as it should and tried my best to check for compatibility but I don't really know what I'm looking for. Hello sheson, I'm using the new test build of texgen that was released in this forum and got this bug Error: OpenGL: invalid value for textures\landscape\frozenmarshice01.dds. Oddly enough, it didn't generate any new logs from what i can see, my texgenlog.sse is still from my previous generation so i just copied from the screen if you need anything else lmk. Hello I'm having three issues. 1. LOD doesn't appear when first starting skyrim, usually have to close out and reload game for lod to finally pop in. Buildings only have windows rendered in LOD, walls are invisible. No tree LOD or anything. 2. When LOD does appear, my roads are hovering above the ground (as seen in picture) and i have a bunch of texture popping. ( I’m not sure if this is parallax issue, I DONT have auto parallax option enabled in auto parallax ini) 3. Sometimes game will crash and point to a bslightingshader typically. I have no idea what that means. The crash logs always have dyndolod.dll mixed with community shaders.dll so I assume it’s one of these two mods causing the issue. At first I thought it was light placer or better third person selection but I removed both of those and still have crashes. (Those mods appeared frequently in crash log) im using parallax gen with a bunch of complex material overhauls that didn’t exist when I modded last so maybe I’m missing something there. I also am using latest versions of dyndolod 3 and resources and dll. Also running grass cache and ACMOS on my lodgen. Probably giving too much useless info but maybe it will help. ive re arranged my mods to be what i hope is the best and most proper load order I can find. I doubt im having load order issue but im sure its user error since no one else seems to have this problem. Please if someone can explain how to compress debug.log I’ll upload them as well. Hello all. I tried running dyndolod twice now and got Error: Item not found while processing textures\landscape\trees\northern hemispheres\ashpineatlas.dds. I'm using Fabled Forests and have successfully generated DynDOLOD many times with it. IDK what i did wrong or if its DynDOLOD itself causing this issue. The error occurs repeatedly on different files from this mod yet they are all present in my load order. I couldn't attatch the SSE_Debug.log since it's 11mb, tried compressing to zip but didn't work either. If anyone knows how please lmk i will upload. Thanks for he response, ok so I am honestly not sure which mod it was but after I removed the new backwards compatibility esl upgrade mod and see fps stabilizer mod my grass cache generated no issues. Those are both .dll plugins I think or skse plugins so I assume that something from one of those two mods was causing the grass to not generate. Sadly idk anything about coding but all is well now.

I'm actually having the same issue I believe. If I disable on omlyloadfromcache everything is fine( I don't get the extended distance but grass works) however, when I do use that my grass disappears AFTER generating. Moreover my grass cache is only 180mb and took 17 min to finish. Something is clearly wrong but I can't figure out what. It worked fine a week ago. It says competed successfully and I'm sure I have all of the correct settings from the lod guide provided from you guys.

Thanks for the update whatever happened it was solved and my game looks great again! Apologies for the lack of proper documentation I'm new to submitting bug reports. Love all of the hard work you guys put in!
