I find the best fallout 4 guide to be Fallout 4 Mod List and Load Order Guide (BiRaitBec Modlist) at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community Community members took the original and kept it updated, they however do not have access to the original mod on nexus, here is the discord server that they use: https://discord.gg/K3x2FSNw
