Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback
Domiel replied to Neovalen's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
Good info, its so tedious to exit every time you die especially since I die all the time(using Requiem with SR). Think I'll start an experimental game and save where-ever I want without closing down between reloads. -

I'm interested in knowing how many of you exits the game every time you die before you reload, and if you only save in interior cells? If you haven't done these things have you noticed any problems? I'm specifically talking about when you are running SR ofc. -
Isn't it caused by the Dead body collision fix? You can disable that but then you won't have collision.
-
If V-sync do nothing by itself it probably won't have an effect in conjunction with frame limiter, but won't hurt to enable it anyway I guess.
-
I've tried everything getting it to kick in, CCC setting "always off"(as per STEP guide), CCC "Always off, unless application specifies". Tried all combinations of ForceBorderlessFullscreen= I'm stuck with the framelimiter(EnableFPSLimit=true) which does cause a bit of tearing. Mostly I'm just incredibly annoyed it doesn't work and can't explain why. I'm on an AMD RADEON HD 6800, and iPresentInterval = 0 of course. Anyone know why it wouldn't work? Heres my Enblocal.ini Setting EnableVSync=true here does absolutely nothing in-game my fps easily hits 100 indoors without the framelimiter

I Don't see why skse would cause it to crash like that but that said it is an alpha....MemBlock1=512,MemBlock2=256 just makes it the default memory allocation. If you want to see if it works with Enabled=1 erased you can run the Memory blocks script. Alternately downgrade SKSE and use the SSME option instead. -
Ah I would, but my rig will implode if I use an enb with all those mods. I might experiment with it later on though, thanks for the feedback.
-
True, would be interesting to see if its changed now. I'll make sure my SR+Requiem is stable then add it and see what happens I think.
-
Its just unbearable after a while. All your waiting for is that missing hooves sound......And the way I see it, it will just prioritize hooves sounds higher than another, less important sound farther away from you. Maybe there is a downside but someone with more knowledge about the Skyrim sound engine would need to answer it.

[SOLVED] NPC Enchantments Fix, SR and Requiem incompatible?
Domiel replied to Domiel's question in Guide Support & Bug Reports (retired)
Well reinstalling SUM somehow fixed it...Can't explain why cause its the exact same files as the old installation I was using, the folders were identical except an empty SkyProcDebug folder in the older SUM installation. The patcher now Merges all the perks from NPC's and adds PerkSkillBoosts "Skill Boosts" [PERK:000CF788] AlchemySkillBoosts [PERK:000A725C] On top of them. It looks like I'm actually gonna play this game after all. Screenie for reference: That looks correct, right? Still gotta wonder what the hell was wrong though....And major thanks for helping me sort this out, I couldn't make any sense of that patch before you gave me some input.... -
[SOLVED] NPC Enchantments Fix, SR and Requiem incompatible?
Domiel replied to Domiel's question in Guide Support & Bug Reports (retired)
I checked the blocklist.txt, its empty Doh, I'm so used to using SUM I forget all that deactivation, brb patching again---- -Edit Ok so I've Included the SUM patch again just for reference. Well It seems its down to my SUM patcher thats borked something cause now its giving all the right perks it seems. It didn't even include the NPC I've been using in the other screen-shots: It doesn't even have any ini files I can config(SUM). I'll redownload SUM and see if that fixes it I recon? -
[SOLVED] NPC Enchantments Fix, SR and Requiem incompatible?
Domiel replied to Domiel's question in Guide Support & Bug Reports (retired)
Ok doing that now And btw it was adding a lot more perks to some of the other entries, not bringing over the ones from Requiem(which I don't know if its supposed to)........Black magic is at play here I fear Edit: here it is, looks like something is still wrong....I wonder if i failed to set up some ini settings or something for this patcher Do I need to create a shortcut to the programs or something and run them as admin perhaps? -

Ok I get what you mean now I think. Check my pm. -
I'm following the Requiem with SR:LE guide. Checking my SUM patch it seems A lot of NPCs are loosing the perks Requiem gave to them. I assume its because of the NPC Enchantments Fix skyproc patcher, since I've only got that and Dual sheath Redux installed. I thought that wasn't possible since my understanding was that skyproc patchers added stuff but didn't remove it. Should I remove the NPC Enchantments Fix skyproc patcher, or am I missing something and its really not removing the perks at all? Here is what it looks like:

I cannot answer that. I myself merged/copy pasted it. Make sure the Mod you are trying to install isn't corrupt. Try downloading it again or check if you can unpack it outside MO. Make sure you aren't using the FOMOD plugin for that installation too i guess; settings->plugins->Fomod Installer->prefer=false Thats all I got -
If you guys are Planning on using IHSS a user on the Nexus by the name of moirai found out how to fix the horse step sound skipping: Don't know if you are already aware of this but that fixed the problem for me.

Worked fine for me. Re-download the file and check that you downgraded NCC if you are using MO v1.1.2 -
Well I THINK it did :: I had no idea it would include the different versions of the same item at different levels without the proper tags, learned quite a bit! You are right of course, The Requiem.esp already had relev, delev tags attached when I checked it. I looked through the Requiem Hard Times.esp and it seems its mostly the one winning conflicts now, so thats great! I've tuned my load order and now I THINK all is in order. Would be nice with some critique though if anyone feel like looking through it. My Bashed Patch leveled lists Loadorder Anyways my eyes can't stay open anymore....its 4am and hopefully I'll finally get to actually play tomorrow....errr I mean later today!

So in trying to answer my own question I've done the following Bash Tag reordering; Included in Skyrim Redone Guide:aMidianBorn_ContentAddon.esp (DELEV, RELEV)-->unchangedComplete Crafting Overhaul_Remade.esp (DELEV, NAMES, RELEV, STATS)-->Complete Crafting Overhaul_Remade.esp (DELEV, RELEV)CCO_WAFTrueWeapons_Patch.esp (DELEV, RELEV)-->unchangedClothing & Clutter Fixes.esp (DELEV, NAMES, RELEV, STATS)-->Clothing & Clutter Fixes.esp (DELEV, RELEV)Weapons & Armor Fixes_Remade.esp (DELEV, NAMES, RELEV, STATS)-->Weapons & Armor Fixes_Remade.esp (DELEV, RELEV)In the bashed patch I've UN-ticked Import Names(which included Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp, Unofficial Heartfire Patch.esp) and Import Stats(which included Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp) ------------------------ 1. So is the above approach correct? ------------------------ 2. I am now wondering if I should add Delev+Relev to the plugins below?2.1 Requiem - Guard dialogue overhaul.esp2.2 WeaponsArmorfixes_GuardDialogueOverhaul_Patch.esp2.3 Requiem - Guard Dialogue Overhaul Patch.esp2.4 Requiem - WAF+Clothing and Clutter Fixes.esp2.5 Requiem - CCOR Patch.esp2.6 Requiem - Hard Times.esp
-
So basically Copy as override the Improved closefaced helmets, and then overwrite the two Light armor entries with the heavy armor entries from Requiem, then change the weight to 7 (in the first picture example above)? You happen to have any insight to my other question?
-
Exactly what records would I move from Improved closefaced helmets to get it to work? The plan was to; 1. Requiem - WAF+Clothing And Clutter Fixes Patch.esp>Copy as override into --->SR+Requiem Conflict Resolution.esp 2. Then move Armature to SR+Requiem Conflict Resolution.esp. This gave me holes in the helmets but no heads behind. What should I do here? Here is what it looks like(I've hidden the bashed patch cause It shows the changes I did in my failed attempt) I also made another "discovery"; it seems many of the Requiem patches are being overwritten by the bash tags we added per Neovalens directions: For example Requiem-Hard Times.esp or Requiem - WAF+Clothing and Clutter Fixes Patch.esp It seems that the bashed patch is using the Weapons and Armor Fixes_Remade.esp changes, because that esp got Delev,Names,Relev,Stats tags added to it. check it out So should one remove the bash tags Neovalen suggested, add tags to the Requiem patches or Remove Neovalens suggested and add tags only to the Requiem Patches? I sure hope I'm making sense to you guys :)

As a follow-up to my own post I've now found the sections with the letters AMB in them which I think I'm supposed to copy. I am Copying 2x [Leveled List Entry] which looks like this: Sure hope thats correct, and this is the only place In the guide where I have been in doubt, not sure about the use of the word item in the instruction text. Or maybe I'm just daft. Quick question: Can anyone check if this is correct? According to the way I've been doing it the LLCT-Count should be 3 I think.
