  1. I recently posted to @z929669 that Affinity Suite, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator alternative, is soon to be free for non-profits, but they now have a 6 month free trial for everyone, and it doesn't require any payment details to be entered. https://affinity.serif.com/en-us/trial/ I have had these programs for a few years now. They feel and function very similar to Adobe's software, but they don't have a monthly subscription fee. Serif have just been bought out by Canva, so make of that and decide as you will. It's currently still much better than Adobe's terrible model, so hopefully it stays that way. For modders, Affinity Photo doesn't support DDS, which is weird, but you can use numerous file types like PSD in and out and convert them externally with programs like NVIDIA Texture Tools or AMD Compressonator.

  2. I suggest to ask that question on a forum, discord etc. dedicated to Fallout. The answer also depends on the used list of mods. As far as modding guides go, this guide seems popular at the moment https://vivanewvegas.moddinglinked.com/lod.html

  3. I have a few weeks ago, and? I still prefer ENB, because it has a better overall balance and vibrance. Of course I wasn't combining it with a lot of Reshade Shaders, which seems the way to go if you use Community Shaders, to make it more lively looking. It seriously needs to be used with Reshade if you want it anywhere close to ENB level of looks.
