Need help finding esp's master mod

Hello, today I was trying to sort out my mod list and I got some difficulties to resolve which brought me here. So I l found this esp separate from a mod and I think it was caused by my handling on Wrye Bash when I was not sure what I'm messing with and I do not know where the original esp's mod came from.

I think it's a jewelry mod. Gemling Queen Jewelry is all I can think of.
