Tree LOD bug caused by STEP Optimized Vanilla Textures



I'm following STEP Extended, and after installing up to section 2G Landscape and Environment, i noticed trees in the distance are colored and shaped differently than when the real versions load as i approach. I disabled mods starting at the bottom of the load order to figure out which mod was causing the problem, and it goes away when disabling STEP Optimized Vanilla Textures.


heres a screenshot of the problem, my MO load order, and the archive tab: https://imgur.com/a/wwmtM  . The two esp files at the bottom of the load order are just for testing and dont make any graphical changes.

hmm okay, ill keep following the guide and hopefully that will solve it. thanks for the response!



EDIT: yup, i finished the entire STEP process and the problem was resolved after installing DynDOLOD. marking as solved.
