Removing Improved Combat Sounds From STEP Extended Patch

Would anyone mind giving directions on how to go about doing this? I removed all the records from EnhancedBlood-ImprovedCombatSounds.esp that were in the STEP Extended Patch but my sounds are not working properly. How else is Improved Combat Sounds tied to the Extended Patch?

 

Update: figured it out. Not sure how to delete my post =S

You need to load the plugin then right click on it and select Clean Masters, then repeat, but select Sort Masters. If that doesn't work then you still have records that require ICS.
