Strange Terrain

To anyone who could answer: Was curious if you ever experienced this strange bug heres a picture:

Dont know how to solve it and it happens everywhere in my skyrim , would appreciate a quick work if you know the answer.

 

purple and black spots on the terrain in skyrim are commonly related to mesh issues. However, i have multiple terrain mods installed so i figured it couldnt be a mesh issue. The purple snow looking spots look like snow when i go close to them but snow obviously isnt in that area, so must be some strange mesh issue, any way of fixing it?

 

When i tilt my camera some terrain changes like so:

Looks like grass, also happens with or without ENB on:

This issue has been solved after two hours. 

 

If anyone is experiencing this, it might be because of Skyrim Flora Overhaul Patch 2.0F, please download patch 2.3 from Vurts mod page on Skyrim Flora Overhaul, that is how i solver this
